Is this TRT?

No. No injections, no drugs, no side effects or getting your body dependent on synthetic testosterone for life. This is your body working the way it was designed to — once we give it what it's actually been depleted of.

Why do I need to take a blood sample?

You wouldn't drive a car for years if it kept breaking down without checking what's going on under the bonnet would you? Most men have never had a full picture of what's happening inside their body. Your GP checks a handful of markers, compares your results with unhealthy men (the kind who visit their GP) and tell you your markers are fine when they're clearly holding you back otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. We check 56 biomarkers, show you exactly where the problem is, build a plan for you and work with you through it to get you in the best shape of your life.

How much does this cost?

All packages run for 16 weeks. The difference is how often you train with me and the level of support you need. Investment varies depending on the package — we'll find the right fit on our call. What I can tell you is that every man who's done this says their only regret was not starting sooner.

How often and for how long do I have to train with you?

That depends on the package you choose. Sessions are 45-60 minutes. Safe, efficient, purposeful and get results. Whatever your schedule, the program is built around it and we'll make sure what we do will get you in the best shape of your life. I'll also write your program for any sessions you do outside of our time together so nothing is left to guesswork.

How long does the transformation take?

16 weeks. But most men feel the difference long before that — usually within the first few weeks once we know what we're actually working with. And unlike everything you've tried before, it lasts. Because we've fixed the actual problem.

What if the bloodwork shows I'm fine?

Most men who come to me have already been told they're fine. Patrick and Gareth's GP said the same thing. Fine isn't the same as optimal. The gap between the two is exactly where most men are stuck. We work to optimal. Not "fine".

Do I have to take supplements?

Only what your bloodwork shows you need that you can't get through your diet alone. We use a safe, science based approach – Not what some influencer is flogging on a podcast for a kickback code. If you don't need it, or if it isn't backed by real data, or without a high safety profile you won't take it.

I've tried personal training before. It didn't work.

I hired a plumber once. He was awful. Then I hired another...he was brilliant. Not all tradesmen are equal. Same goes for personal trainers. The difference here is the bloodwork. No other trainer in South Wales is building your programme around 56 biomarkers. That's not personal training. That's a different thing entirely.
